Evaluations

Junior Music Experience Evaluations are held in April and November each year. The most recent Evaluations were in April 2008, in eight locations around the Greater Cincinnati area.

The next JME Evaluations are scheduled for November 22, 2008.

Entries must be submitted by participating teachers.

If you are a student who would like to participate in a JME Evaluation, please ask your teacher to contact JME for information.

Awards Ceremonies

Awards are presented at semi-annual Awards Ceremonies. Featured performers include some of the participants who have earned a special JME award.

Awards earned at the November 2007 Evaluations were presented on Sunday, January 20 at Greaves Hall in the Fine Arts Center at Northern Kentucky University.

The spring Awards Ceremony is scheduled for June 22, 2008, at Church of the Saviour United Methodist Church in Montgomery, Ohio (for a map, go here). The ceremony will begin at 2:00 p.m. but award winners should check in by at least 1:45.
